  Job Scope:
  1. Plan, organize and implement a comprehensive program (including both corrective and preventive activities) to ensure smooth operation all mechanical and electrical installation;
  2. To perform inspection, repair, maintenance & upgrading on equipment related;
  3. Lead and manage a team of Wireman/Technicians & Facility resources to provide effective and reliable support services for all plant machineries, equipment and facilities;
  4. Attend to mechanical and electrical breakdown, trouble shooting and provide regular monthly or yearly maintenance;
  5. To carry out daily check, inspection and monitoring for HT and LV switchboards, bus-ducts, transformers, switchgears and NUR supply;
  6. Carry out schedule inspections and testing of standby Generator, Fire Pumps and etc;
  7. Supervise external contractor’s works / service and monitor their performance;
  8. Carry out in-house electrical works including maintenance, inspection and testing as assigned by the management;
  9. Ensure that all electrical services are serviceable at all times;
  10. Develop short- and long-term building maintenance plan;
  11. Attend to all complaints on Electrical/Mechanical issues;
  12. Develop and maintain records and reports such as equipment and supplies inventories, damage reports, preventive maintenance and repair records, key and lock index;
  13. Oversee all Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) equipment and installation and ensure all are in good and proper working order;
  14. Able to supervise a team of Chargeman/Wireman/Handyman on daily job function;
  15. Prepare and submit daily and monthly M&E report to the Management with appropriate comments and recommendation;
  16. Complete any other job assignments required by the immediate superior or the management from time to time.
