  • Job Description

    1. Investigation
    - Customers information: Demand, Price, Production information, Quality condition, Competitor information, etc.
    - Market information by all kind of source.
    - Update company products and technology information.
    - Making 5 tools: Organization chart, Model control chart, Block diagram, Demand chart, BOM list.
    2. Making Good Relationship
    - External: customer and related person.
    - Internal staff
    3. Providing Information and Awareness
    - Create awareness to Customers.
    - Feedback information to Customers as soon as possible.
    - Share information to all company staffs always.
    - Report information to Immediate Superior.
    4. Promotion
    - Promote aggressively to Customers.
    - Update promotion status from time to time.
    - Arrange technology meeting between Customers and company designers.
    - Organize technical seminar: Mini CEATEC etc.
    5. Sales Planning
    - Making accurate Dainittei (Sales Budget) by getting Customers business plan, related sales information, etc.
    - Update accurate Chunittei by getting Customers forecast, related sales information, etc., from time to time.
    - Manage and report Sales estimation.
    6. Delivery Control
    - Daily monitoring delivery condition.
    - Adjustment delivery status by negotiating with Customers and HQ PC PIC.
    - Support Coordinator delivery issue.
    - Prevent Excess stock by control Pre-order, PO-Cancelation, Chunittei.
    7 Payment Management
    - Ensure customer make payment follow payment terms.
    - Support Accounts department by providing debit & credit information.
    - Checking actual financial status by outsourcing once a year.
    8 Settlement Issues
    - Price issues by negotiating with Customers and Immediate Superior.
    - As Quality is our top priority, settle quality issues by getting accurate information from Customers and feedback to QA, and taking necessary action if required, as soon as possible.
    - Excess stock issues by checking stock condition, negotiating with Customers and other Customers.
    - Resolve Financial issues with Customers and Accounts Dept.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background: Minimum diploma or equivalent or degree holder in any discipline. Sales & Marketing will be an advantage
    - Experience:
    > Minimum of 1-2 years working experience in related field (Electronics & Semiconductors Product)
    > Sales experience with technical background will be an advantage
    - Require skills:
    > Positive mind, Cooperativeness, Continuity, Self-opinion, Following rules
    > Critical Thinking, Quick action, Time management
    > Communication skill, Negotiation skill, Presentation skill
    > Computer literate-minimum basic knowledge of micro soft excel, words and power point.
    > Have owned transport and willing to travel to customers place.
