<Sales Team Summary>
The sales division that focuses on Production (Website, SNS management & Creative) and Online Advertisement for clients in Japanese, global and local companies.
The Sales team works closely with the creative team and operation team to make projects successful.
<Job Summary>
Sales Account Director is primarily responsible for the management of relationships with clients. As the senior point of contact for an agency’s customers, you the Account Manager also co-ordinates the resources needed to service projects, builds strategic operational plans and balances the expectations of clients with the execution of creative work.
Often you will be expected to plan campaigns, and successfully develop business accounts creatively and financially, while playing a positive role in the company.
We are looking for qualified salespeople who are pro-active, aggressive and dynamic towards sales and love to chase new leads and enjoy winning sales through relationship-building and creative solutions.
<Job Description>
– Prepare the potential customers list, get appointments by phones or other solutions and compile job brief from clients
– Working with colleagues to develop ideas for a campaign
– Briefing the creative team and the campaign operation team, allowing them to create an effective and well targeted proposition for the client
– Presenting ideas and conclusions to the client
– Promoting the expansion of business with existing clients
– Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
– Perform administrative tasks such as quotation, payment and delivery follow up
– Monitoring the success of the campaign as it runs, suggesting changes and improvements where necessary
– Analyzing the results
– Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets
Qualifications
Requirement
- Experience:
> Must possess more than 5 years of sales experience in acquiring new customers or new leads
> Must possess background in creative, advertising, design or marketing
> Must have full awareness of creative processes and techniques - including digital platforms.
> Preferable to possess experience in web production and web marketing industry for more than 1 year.
- Require Skill : Basic Microsoft operations
