Job Description
-Plan training targets and schedule and ensure proper execution as intended.
-Conduct new dealer trainings in supporting the start-up operation of the new dealer establishments
-Conduct on-demand Technical Training such as M-STEP, New Product, Basic Automotive
courses to meet market situation
-Analyze trainer performance and provide training report.
-Evaluate trainees competency and share the evaluation results and findings.
-Develop new training modules or programs for continuous improvement of technical skills.
-Support, develop and organize departmental program / event
Qualifications
Requirement
- Education Background : Degree related to Automotive
- Experience :
*At least 2 years working experience and familiar with import and export process and
procedures is preferable
*Fresh graduates from automotive college can be considered or hands on service advisor before and have done some part time/project/presentation in similar capacity
- Require Skill : Technical Training within automotive industry ( M-STEP, New Product and basic automotive courses
- Others :
*Good command of automotive technical knowledge and fundamental
*Hands-on experience in conducting technical training
*Capable of organizing training program and conduct presentation.
*Fresh Graduates are encouraged to applyEnglish Level

Once the sub-brand strategy is in place, incumbent must be able to utilise the marketing mix (4P) in order to realise the sub-strategies for the sub-brand. • Creating marketing guidelines which in are in line with the company’s marketing handbook and principles. Able to create guidelines governing the marketing activities of the Company, which are in line with the company’s marketing handbook. • To materialise the strategy/s of the sub-brand.This is done via discussions with Key Account team in order to align appropriate plans and initiatives with external stakeholders. • Providing trainings and educating & developing subordinates, if applicable. • Collect, organize and analyse the information and / or market data. From there, analyse the brand’s result and come up with the issues / areas which requires attention and further analysis. • By analysing the Profit & Loss of the sub brand, analyse the factors which impacted and influenced the brand’s profit. • Create short-term and mid-term strategy for the sub brand which help to increase the sub brand value in a short to mid term period. With the planned strategy, he / she should be able to allocate the right resources for the execution of the 4P strategy. • Create guidelines for the sub brand and to champion & drive the 4P strategy. • Communicate and drive the sub brand strategies and objectives with Key Account team in order to ensure the same understanding across different departments. • Basing on the overall sub brand strategy, “slice” down all the processes which are involved and to attach a specific goal / target to each of the process. • Track and monitor the progress of the strategy.
