• Job Description

  • Responsible for coordinating suppliers and verifying quality standards in accordance with the products spec control requirements of the organization.
  • In charge of performing regular supplier audits to ensure compliance with the company regulatory standards.
  • Actively participating in strategic development based on quality control plans.
  • Manage the supply chain, serve as the liaison for suppliers, suggest structural quality and process improvements, and collaborate.
  • Laise with supplier on all quality issues, investigates root causes and corrective action.
  • Report supplier performance and quality to the Management.
  • Assist in development and implementation of supplier management programs.
  • Able to assess and analyze supplier or vendor data along with internal metrics.
  • To inspect products and manufacturing environments to identify potential issues.
  • Knowledgeable about manufacturing processes and engineering principles in order to make informed judgments and recommendations.
  • Provide guidance on improving process efficiency while maintaining a high level of quality, safety, and reliability.
  • Need excellent written and verbal communication skills to serve as liaisons between companies and suppliers and prepare quality assurance reports.
  • To handle other task and duties as and when requested by superior.
