  • Job Description

    - Responsible for leading the software engineers in design, development, maintenance and enhancements of the in-house and external solutions.
    - Work closely with overseas counterparts, vendors and offshore development teams to drive the evolution and expansion of the systems in terms of software design, coding, quality control for accommodating operation requirement specification, performance and scalability improvements.
    - Provide continuously enhancement for user experience, performance, robustness and scalability of the system in most cost effective way with minimal maintenance.
    - Provide complete documentation on technical design, release note, user and configuration manual in compliance with ISO documentation standard.
    - Serve as subject matter expert for all technical challenges related to backend and cloud services implementation.
    - Serve as key reference to manage all processes related to project customization not limited to timeline, implementation, quality control, support etc.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.

    - Professional Qualification / Training
    > Preferably those with AWS Certified Developer or Architect.

    - Experience :
    > Minimum 5 years of hand on experience in enterprise software development on web, client-server base and mobile applications on NodeJS and React Native.
    > Minimum 2 years of experience in guiding junior developers.

    - Require Skill :
    > Programming: TypeScript, NodeJS, React / React Native, Dot Net Core, SQL
    > Framework: MVC, Web API, Material UI, React Bootsrap, Unit Test, Terraform
    > Databases: MySQL, Redis, AWS Elastics Cache
    > Source Codes Repo: Git, AWS CodeCommit
    > Strong UI / UX sense.
    > Strong verbal and written communication in English.
    > Able to communicate in regional or local languages.
    > Strong understanding & analysis of the user’s actual pain and requirements.
    > Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast past environment.
