  This company was founded in November 2016 and its corporate headquarters are based in Toyama, Japan It was conceived with the mission to implement world-class excellence into Malaysia's diverse infrastructure and facility systems, while offering solutions that would enable a healthy lifestyle for all to enjoy.
  We are passionate and professional in leading the way to provide state-of-the-art solutions for sanitizing and hygienic solutions, education equipment, learning management system, communication solutions, security surveillance system, and to bring Japan's finest solutions to Malaysia. Recently the inquiries for video system & education system are increasing for remote work & learning, in addition to our main product which is Lavatory facility (toilet),.
  
  - Find the potential customers (Local companies) and approach. (Mainly walk-in sales, 90% outstation)
  Customer: Hotel, Hospital, Welfare facilities, Shopping mall and so on.
  - 90% direct sales, not really using sales agent
  - Report to Marketing Manager (Japanese)
  - Supporting MD and Manager's sales task and also partial translation.
  - B to B sales to general contractor company(construction). Mainly, target on newly build condominium, or big scale shopping mall.
  
  *The toilet brand is the top-3-shared worldwide, and is brought over by home appliance manufacturer in Japan.
  
  Might be doing below in the future (other products sales)
  - propose parking facility to landlord.
  - propose security system (e.g. CCTV) to general contractor company as well.)
