  • Job Description

    (1) To manage and execute the project which related to Tenant management system, Loyalty point management system and Accounting system for Retail & Mall business sector by all necessary work.
    (2) To support project of above system in Malaysia / ASEAN as a customer PM or a Vendor PM to complete it by deadline.
    (3) To lead the team (Internal and External parties) to complete the projects and manage the project’s P/L.
    (4) The system means integrated system with mixed software and hardware including example;
    - Mall Management system
    - Accounting system
    - Loyalty point management system
    - Mobile Apps
    - Web Portal
    - Data analytics with all related data and BI
    - Network and hardware
    (5) To become Retail IT solution sector Professional PM and Hitachi Asia IT consultant leader.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Language: English, Japanese (Communication skill at more than N2 level)
    - Experience: at least 5 years assistant PM or PM experience.
    - Skill: Interactive communication skill with the customer and vendors in English and Japanese.
    - Others: Reliable and trust person from customer, team and supervisor
    High motivation to work with team and become a team leader
    Be able to work from earlier than the beginning of December 2019

    [Preferable]
    - Language: Chinese
    - Experience: Minimum 5 yeas Project Manager experience in:
    (a) Project for Japan customer (Minimum 2-3 projects)
    (b) big project management (Multi-million USD project, integrated system with mixed software and hardware)
    (c) manage internal (Group companies) and external team (Vendors including construction or engineering companies) to execute the project and manage the project’s P/L
    - Skill: Retail business related IT solution, products and industry common knowledge

    - Salary: Around RM 10,000
    - Bonus: 1 or 2 months salary
    - Transportation allowance: RM 250 per month
    - Cell phone allowance: RM 80 per month
