    Job Purpose
    (Describe the primary purpose and function of this job)
    - To direct, plan and coordinate the activities of the Human Resource & General Affairs Department Job Function and execute smoothly with complying with the legal and fulfil Internal & External Interested Parties and to achieve Company's Business Plan , Management By Objectives (KPI's ) and Management & Control Department Budget

    Key Roles and Responsibilities (List the key roles and responsibilities of this job)
    • To assume full spectrum of Human Resource Job Function and Responsibilities is Comply With Company Policies, Procedures and Legal Requirements.
    • Manage the Development and Implementation for Company-wide requirements such as Job Function, Manpower and Staff Development (include Foreign Workers & Contract)
    • To ensure the Employee & Industrial Relation comply with the Company's Policies, Procedure and Legal Requirements
    • To make proposal on Human Resource System to be competitive to retain talent resources (Talent Management, Succession Plan and etc)
    • To execute and penetrate the Company Mission, Principle and Culture to all employees
    • To prepare and control yearly Human Resource Budget and Overall Company Labor Cost & Manpower
    • To manage staff welfare (eg. Accommodations, Cafeteria, Company Annual Dinner & etc)
    • To execute and comply with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA@ EICC) and Corporate Social Responsibility
    • Building Maintenance include Company Facilties & Utilities
    • Compliance with Building and Machinery Act & others Legal requirements
    • To maintain Company Housekeeping
    • To control the Management Information System
    - Application, Server, Network and Desktop Support
    - General Support related to Programme and System

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Language : English
    - Education Background : Master/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
    ( IT / GA)
    - Experience :Must have at least 10 years relevant experience in the relevant field.
    - Proven 5 years work experience as an HR Business Partner & GA
    -Experience in Manufacturing / MNC is added advantage
    - Require Skill : Ability to train and coach
    - Knowledge in RBA /EICC
    - Familiar with Legal requirement on Human Resource Management (Eg. Employment Act, Industrial Relation Act, EPF Act, SOCSO Act & etc)
    -Must Basic understanding in ISO 9001: 2015 (Quality management systems) , ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental management systems), ISO 45001 standards (Occupational health and safety management systems)
    - Must have Building Maintenance, House Keeping & MIS (Management Information System)
    - Certificate : N/A
    - Others : Good communication skills
    - Self motivation and strong interpersonal skills
    - Initiative and proactive
    - Influential skills with an emphasis on relationship/team/partnership building to complete the profile.
    - Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
    - Moderate travel needed for this position
    - MUST have experience handling both department HR Department and GA Department (MUST)
