    To Coordinate with new employee inductions, on job trainning, soft skills trainning and review to improve company traning program.
    To planning, implement and deliver internal trainning programs.
    Liaise with Managers to develop internal training trainig included on job training,training schedules and ensure timely delivery of the training.
    Prepare training resources such as training notes, trainning material, presentations, video and methodologies.
    Prepare budget for training programmes.
    Pepare and review reports on learning and development activities.
    Condusting survey, evulation with intenal staff regarding training programmes to improve from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Language: English, Malay ,
    Education Background: Posses Degree in Human Resource Management, Education/Trainning, or related filed.
    Experience:
    At least 4-5 years experience in training and development.
    Preferably senior executive in Human Resources or equivalent.
    Require skills: training, presentation
