  • Job Description

    Job Responsibilities:
     To provide sales pitching for digitalization processes to promote the entire range of KM product, solutions and services.
     To plan sales actions, coordinate with presales support team and execute sales activities to ensure the achievement of sales targets and objectives.
     Accountable to revisit all customers from previous contacts/jobs to create the opportunity to promote our entire range of product and services, and create new business opportunity to upsell KM offerings.
     To ensure quarterly sales targets are consistently achieved.
     Analyzes client business needs, integrates client’s business strategies and recommends appropriate information technology solutions and relevant industrial solutions.
     Conducts analysis of corporate objectives, business function and processes; able to understand customer’s functional and technical requirements.
     To assist clients to transform their work culture and adopt digital work place concept.
     To work in collaboration between inter-department to achieve sales quota and provide total solutions to add value for customers.
     Independent, resourceful and proactive in lead generation, prospecting, and accounts management.
     Ensure diligence in database including sales pipeline, progressive sales activities and engagement plan for PDCA management and continuous improvement plan.
     Deliver accurate information for sales activity report, sales pipeline, sales forecast, sales actions and PDCA report in timely manner.
     Ensure Company stated credit terms are adhered to and be responsible for all collection of debts from customers in a timely manner.
     Adhere to the company’s compliance, quality and business processes.
     Perform any other related job functions as and when directed by Supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Language : English & Mandarin
    - Education Background : Minimum a Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Management, Communication or equivalent
    - Experience :Preferable with at least 2 years direct sales experience in the following industries:
    Network security, storage & network infra,
    IoT (Internet Of Things) and System Integration solutions,
    Surveillance, monitoring and smart access system,
    Business processes outsourcing,
    Production and Quality assurance process supplies,
    Electric/electronics component supplies for manufacturing production.
    - Require Skill : Strong initiative and people networking skills
     Excellent communication and presentation skills
     Innovative and creative sales pitching skills
     Experience in consultative/solution selling and account management – generation and tracking of software sales leads and pipelines
     Experience in responding to formal RFIs, RFPs, tenders and project coordination.
     Proven sales track record, at least 2 years.
     Preferable candidates with sizable and strong customer base from previous sales jobs
