• Job Description

  1. Expatriate Management:
  • Providing administration service related to the expatriate management matter and benefits administrations. Be it related to salary, housing guideline, allowances standard guideline, expatriate hand book and etc.
  • Expected to explain the various policies, strategies and benefits to client
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedure documentation for client.
  • Communicate and work closely with Japan HQ to get the latest update of the expatriate policy.
  • Translation of documents from Japanese to English or English to Japanese.
  2. Expatriate Payroll & Tax Processing:
  • Involved in the full cycle of payroll processing and annual year-end tax reporting for multiple companies.
  • Process clients’ statutory claims in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the client database in HR Information System accurately.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of all relevant documents (payroll advice, reports and correspondences) pertaining to client payroll.
  • Comply with the rules of operations, procedures and policies for payroll & tax.
  3. Other Supporting Roles:
  • Support visa application for expatriate.
  • Undertake other duties and assignments as and when required.
