  • Job Description

    - Report to HR Manager

    <Recruitment & Selection>
    • Advertise for the vacant position
    • Coordinate and/or issuance of letter for appointment letter, confirmation and preparing other relevant document

    <Payroll Administration>
    • Processing monthly payroll
    • Calculate and verified overtime claims
    • Coordinate on the Government Monthly Statutory Submission for Tax, Employee Provident Funds, Socso and HRDF

    <Resignation/Termination>
    • Ensure all handover of documents/duties completed and assets return to company
    • Coordinate and/or issuance of the letter of acceptance and preparing other relevant document

    <Compensation & Benefits>
    • To handle group insurance and related matters
    • To check and follow up for late attendance & monthly attendance
    • Administer and respond to inquiries regarding Human Resources (HR) policies and procedures and other Employee Relations’ issues
    • To assist and coordinate Annual performance Review
    • Updated and maintain proper record and safe guards all Private & Confidential document and information of the employees and the Company Leave monitoring and administering
    • Renew or Cancel of Expatriate work permit
    • Prepare any other letter / correspondence relating to the Human Resources matters

    <Administrative>
    • To responsible for general office administration activities such as office premises and facilities upkeep, tools & equipment, documents delivery, vehicles, company phone statutory licensing, tenancy contract and etc.
    • Ensure office needs e.g. requisition of stationary, office & pantry suppliers/repair & maintenance is attended to promptly at all times.
    • Check employee’s attendance and prepare report
    • Another ad-hoc task assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Language : English, Chinese, Malay
    - Education Background : Candidate must possess Degree in Human Resource study
    - Experience : At least 2 years of experience in HR full-spectrum tasks
    - Skill : Recruitment & Selection, Payroll Administration, Resignation/Termination, Compensation & Benefits, Administrative Job
    - Age : 25 ~ 35
    - Certificate : N/A
    - Others :
    ・ Able to work independently, proactive, under pressure and result oriented
    ・ Candidate who has experience working in Japan company has priority
