This position is structured around a flexible, home-to-client field service model where you will commute directly from home to customer sites, allowing maximum responsiveness to client needs with minimal requirement to visit the regional headquarters office.As part of a focused 3-member engineering unit in Penang, you will execute a comprehensive range of technical activities including equipment setup, complex troubleshooting, scheduled preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, line modifications, and full site acceptance testing (SAT) until total customer buy-off is achieved.
