Job Description : • Develop and implement the objectives for Continual Improvement of Planning with Company Key Performance Indicator by Annual Fiscal Year.• Develop new SOP/WI when necessary to ensure all the Planning Process Flow always reflect to current practice.• Modify or Amend the Documented Procedure if does not meet to QMS/EMS Documented Procedures.• Collaboratively with Global SCM team to ensure the direct material supply in allocation master plan shall pull in before mass production schedule.• Execute MRP Demand Planning and ensuring direct material supply management are meet to OTD request.• Liaison with Buyer/Supplier if any direct material request to pull in / push out required.• Execute material /chemical issuing to Production Division and control the MRP/ direct material consumption usage meet to production order allocated by daily/weekly.• Review and control of material consumption usage planning, compare the consumption usage with BOM Setting and find root cause of overused with related PIC.• Collaboratively with Production Engineering to maintain accurate process cycle time, BOM material usage and relevant production parameter criteria setting.• Analyse the prototype material issuing which compare to actual consumption usage.• Monitor and confirm material sufficient on hand stock by daily/weekly.• Manage and ensuring Material/Chemical issuing with FIFO Lot No and updating the FIFO Report by weekly.• Execute and reviewing all type of inventory stock (FG, Semi FG, Raw Material, Chemical, WIP etc) by weekly/monthly.• Manage the long aging stock write-off from SAP System and controlling the physical write-off stock disposition until ending of disposal process.• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time

【Job Summary】The Product Development Assistant Manager /Senior Executive is responsible to implement completely new product planning and development under existing brand such as Gatsby, Pucelle, Lucido-L including new brand that align with company business strategy. This role involves managing 3C analysis, hypothesis making with STP and Concept, verification survey, and developing product leading the people involved such as designers, laboratory/suppliers. Responsibilities also include ensuring consistent understanding of new brand/product guideline with other division of advertisement and promotion who handle communication to consumers. Target is Malaysia mass market and consumers with all races, genders and areas from urban to rural. On the other hand, the new brand/product you created could also be imported and sold by other branches around the world.【Job Responsibilities】- Gather the information through the existing numerical data, internet, market visit and casual consumer interview by online or offline.- Make STP and competitive brand/product concept as the hypothesis utilizing 3C/SWOT framework.- Verify the accuracy of the hypothesis by consumer research such as FGD/IDI including Quantitative Research with research agents.- Analyze the result of survey and specify consumer insight to fix the final STP and concept.- Explain the direction to all of related collaborators such as designer, ODM supplier or internal laboratory department in Japan or Indonesia to lead the formula, package design creation and COG/MOQ management.- Evaluate the given formula sample to achieve the target function and confirm package design sample to give supplier collection to lead ideal color and printing.- Conduct final research of CLT to verify whether the concept-materialized formula/package design/price could be really accepted by target consumers .- Make and provide brand/product guideline to other divisions for consistent 4P marketing and execution.- Sometimes visit overseas to gather seeds of idea, discuss with development partners/suppliers.- Post-launching research after launch.- For Assistant Manager, To improve the overall team capabilities by educating subordinates, and to lead team and gain the trust of other departments to advance business execution.
