Job Responsibilities
- Work on-site
- Monitor daily productivity and quality of output by operator
- Arrange operator daily job
- Ensure operator output are meeting daily target
- Prepare operator multi skill training plan and conduct training accordingly
- Conduct stock inventory monthly
- Layout arrangement , trouble shoot machine whenever necessary
- Require to certain of repairing job, candidate who have manual soldering skill will adding advantage
- Oversee production process flow in compliance to SOP / WI and ensure production output quality are achieve with customer specification
- Identify issue in efficiency, repair and suggest for improvements
- Prepare production schedule and ensure production progress are running on plan
- Planning man power allocation, equipments needed to cover by production demand
- Ensure production demands are met efficiently and cost effectiverly
- Planning on operator breaktime and OT schedule
- Obatin and record data for daily output and analyze of defect product
- Require to have basic knowledge to trouble shooting SMT line
- Carry out daily, weekly and monthly maintenace for SMT line, jig and others machine
- Prepare WI / SOP for production and ensure operator and following
- Maintain all of the jig in production floor
- Prepare corrective action and improvement plan when necessary
- Identify the oppurtunity of improve production process
