お客様先に納品された製品の品質問題の解決やそれらの問題の防止策考案など幅広く携わっていただきます。
【主な業務内容】
- 現場スタッフのマネジメントと生産ラインのGM(日本人)への報告
- チームミーティングの開催、出席
- 作業指示票(work instruction)に関するチェック、改善、スタッフへの指示出し
- 高クオリティ、効率化を意識したチームワーク
- 問題発生時の顧客対応
- 生産ラインの実績・成果報告
- オペレーションラインへの改善要求・トレーニング実施
- 年に数回、顧客の工場監査のためのガイダンスおよび技術についての紹介
