【Main Job Responsibilities】• Be a focal point to clients.• Lead technical team and project team upon award of a contract to ensure proper project execution.• Manages EPC, Design, construction management and/ design build projects.• Manage and resolve project related issues with various stakeholders (System Owners, Area Owners, Tools Owners, Consultant & relevant authorities).• Ensure compliance to the relevant government application law, act, regulations, and company business ethical standard etc.• Plan, prepare project schedule and ensure project hands over on time.• Accountable for managing the overall execution of the contract.• Responsible for project profit and loss commitments through effective cost control, schedule management etc.• Attend meetings (Commercial Meeting, design meeting, technical meeting, internal meeting and site meeting etc.• Ensure adherence to the government (DOSH) Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulation and comply to clean room protocol.• Any other ad hoc duties by immediate supervisor as required.

【Main Job Responsibilities】• Work with project team and involved in procurement, construction, commissioning etc.• Manage project execution at site for Mechanical or Electrical distribution system, HVAC, cleanroom, process utility system etc.• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved specifications, procedures and requirements.• Liaise with client, consultant, sub-contractor, and relevant authorities to resolve technical issues.• Coordinate with sub-contractors for site survey, space management, site activities.• Perform interim progress claims, monitor progress payments and determine variation orders.• Attend SMBWA, toolbox meeting and design review meeting if required.• Update As-Built drawing and prepare handover documents.• Prepare Request for Information (RFI) on changes of specification.• Prepare technical presentation to clients.

1. Customer quality management / Manage customers queries and complaints.2. Manage RMA and coordinate sample submission to customer / Lead 8D discussion meeting and CA effectiveness follow-up.3. In Process Quality control, NCA follow up to prevent re-occurence / Process Audit.4. Incoming parts quality control / Supplier Quality Management / MRB control / To support ad-hoc activities requested by superior /Non conformance / MRB Control.5. Responsible for FAI Report Qualification for any new supplier / new tooling / tooling change or transfer.6. Work with Operations & Engineering team for Continuous Improvement.7.Work together with supplier for any NPI parts improvements change in the drawing /correlation on the measurement method and other issue related to NPI raw parts.
