• Responsible for achieving sales results in accordance with set targets within a specific territory• Handling of existing client & developing new clients • Make cold calls and arrange appointments with new clients.• Cultivate relationships with new customers while managing and servicing an existing customer base.• To have regular customer visits complete with full coverage of your designated territory in establishing :－ a) customers' requirements. b) customers' future plans / projects, etc. c) customers' feedback (price, quality, competitors' activity, etc)• To follow－up closely on all sales inquiries, requests or quotations and ensure to fulfill total customers satisfaction• To assist Credit Control Department for due collection from customers• To constantly upgrade and improve yourself in terms of product knowledge, technical skills and selling skills• Report sales activities regularly to the superior.

Responsibilities• Maintain & troubleshoot any technical problem in production line• To improve production efficiency by planning and analyze process performance, workflow, capacity, space requirements and equipment layout.• Handles & follow up on product ECN/DN• Handles product from other site to Malaysia in the areas of detailed parts drawing, assembly drawing and preparation of Bill of materials and etc.• Carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by Superior/Management• To train and supervise production operators in performing their daily work tasks to achieve target• To ensure all production activities and process comply with ISO standards and mandatory regulations• To maintain good housekeeping, safety and hygiene practices• To ensure sufficient stock of spare parts for smooth operation and continuous running to meet customer delivery• To be responsible for capacity, productivity and quality control of any products from the production line• To evaluate processes by designing and conducting research programs, applying knowledge of fabrication, assembly, tooling and materials, conferring with the requirements from vendors• To plan manpower efficiently to achieve labor efficiency and productivityAuthorities▪ Stop machine when there is a quality issue.▪ Work with vendor on equipment and fabrication.▪ Review and change process flow & procedures.▪ Conduct interview for technician position.

- Conduct feasibility assessment and validation for new product processes, analyzing technical viability, production operability, and cost-effectiveness to ensure alignment with customer requirements and production capabilities.- Develop and maintain process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Process Specifications (PS), and work instructions, to standardize production workflows and ensure consistency in operations.- Verify the accuracy and compliance of tooling drawings, die-cut part assembly diagrams, and screen printing process parameters, ensuring they meet design standards and can be smoothly applied in actual production.- Track and resolve technical issues during new product testing (e.g., die-cut part assembly misalignment, screen printing ink adhesion defects), collaborating with R&D and Quality teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.- Evaluate new product test results, judge product compliance with standards, summarize improvement directions, and timely feedback test outcomes to cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Sales) for process optimization.- Organize and archive new product test documents (e.g., test reports, measurement data), coordinate the submission of measurement samples, and track sample testing progress to ensure complete and traceable records.- Assist the Production Department in analyzing technical problems of mass-produced products (e.g., low yield, inconsistent process parameters), providing process improvement solutions to enhance production efficiency and product quality.- Identify opportunities to reduce test and production costs, such as optimizing screen printing ink usage, improving die-cut part material utilization, or simplifying redundant process steps.- Lead the development of new processes (focusing on die-cut part assembly and screen printing), researching advanced technologies, adjusting process parameters, and establishing quality control standards to expand production capacity and product scope.- Support the R&D Department in related testing work, including participating in test plan formulation, assisting in test setup, and providing professional process advice for new product design.
