- Planning and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales target, taking into account market trends and consumer needs.- Built and maintained strong relationships with existing distributors (9 distributors across West and East Malaysia) and retailers. Monitored distributor sales performance and negotiated pricing and commercial terms, particularly with the key distributor covering Central Malaysia and major hypermarket chains.- Worked closely with sales and marketing teams, providing accurate insights, recommendations, and improvement plans to support the achievement of overall sales targets.

- Salary: RM8,000 ~ 10,000
- Monday – Friday, 8:15am – 5:15pm

- AL：
1st -2nd year = 12 days,
3rd year = 14 days,
4th year = 16 days, 5
th year = 18 days,
every subsequent year additional 1 day per year to the maximum of 24 days
- MC：
Below 2 years – 14 days
2 years to 5 years – 18 days
Above 5 years – 22 days
- Transportation Allowance : RM500/month

【Job Responsibilities】• Assist Accounts & Logistics Department in daily operations. • Issuing and following up on sales rebates from supplier and dealers.• Weekly reconciliation of e-commerce sales• Daily bank reconciliation• Follow up on payments and weekly review on AR.• Organise and file daily/monthly documents.• Keying of PO and issuing of sales invoices when required• Keying of Expenses and making payments.• Prepare payments by internet banking. • Assist in monthly stock take.• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
