Managing day to day changes /shortfall in order to meet the production and shipment target.・Other duties that assign by Manager from time to time・Managing urgent request or changes from customer – with minimal cost incurred.・Managing inventory - Keep inventory to the lowest level without jeopardizing the supply.・To ensure no scrap are sitting idle in the plant, carrying out physical check on monthly basis.・Salvage all HFI material with all means.・Achieving high on time delivery rate – facing issues from quality, productivity & reliability・Instill high efficiencies and quality work in the department.・Making final decision regards to the best options for the whole company in order to achieve the planned target and objectives.

- Production Resources Managing including management of subordinate staffs, tasks delegation and education.- Production Yield and Waste Managing.- Responsible for In-Line Production Quality including Output Quality, Procedure, Yield, Schedule and Customer Satisfaction.- Production Cost Managing.- Cooperate with other departments for solution and improvement.- Production Maintenance and Down-Time Managing.- Execute General Manager, Operation Manager, Factory Manager and Directors' Instructions with quality.- Lead and discipline subordinates staffs to abide by company regulations and policies.
