- Ensure control plans and related documentation are effectively implemented and maintained- Monitor and report on quality-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective and preventive actions for product quality issues- Manage all quality-related issues within the optical glass production environment- Verify the effectiveness of corrective actions taken- Support Head of Department (HOD) in resolving product quality issues- Work independently to determine the approach and execution of assigned tasks- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to process flow and quality enhancement- Review, improve, and control existing production process flows to increase efficiency and consistency- Develop and document new production process flows for new products or upgraded production setups

1. Troubleshoot and repair machine to ensure minimum downtime.2. Work on preventive measure to eliminate unplan downtime.3. Continuous improvement to reduce machine scrap and improve yield.4. Analyse machine rejection and propose solution.5. Ensure analyse and inform quality team if rejection related to incoming component.6. Support quality team to reply customer feedback if any.7. Spare part inventory control. Maintain min and max inventory and review if changes needed.8. Work with vendor to develop new equipment when needed.

1. Prepare drawings based on given specifications and calculations created by engineers for manufacture, fabrication, maintenance, or repair of the product and structure.2. Design plans using computer-aided design and drafting software. Help design products with engineering and manufacturing techniques. Reversed engineering based on prototype or sample given and convert into a technical drawing.3. To supervise a team of engineers/skill workers/sub-contractors by managing tasks to achieve project completion date while aware of maintaining a safe and clean working environment.4. To estimate total required material for specific thickness & length from drawings & manage cutting layout with optimum use of material/plates. Confirms system and product capabilities by designing feasibility and testing methods; testing properties.5. Assures system and product quality by designing testing methods; testing finished - product and system capabilities; confirming fabrication, assembly, and installation processes6. Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for fabricating, building, assembling, and installing components. Prepares product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.7. Coordinate between production and painter to achieve delivery schedule. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.8. Control and submit design appraisal to maintain the validity.9. To perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities that may be needed or assigned by superior from time to time10. Promote ISO 9001, other relevant quality, product standard and certification maintained by Company.
