About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive Application & Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales) to support our sales team in delivering machine and automation solutions to customers. You will play a key role in translating customer needs into practical and effective technical solutionsWhat You’ll Do- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable machine/automation solutions.- Work closely with overseas machine makers and system integrators to develop accurate solutions and costing.- Support Sales in customer presentations, product trials, and site visits.- Coordinate project progress, technical clarifications, layout approvals, and delivery schedules.- Work with the Technical Team to ensure smooth installation, commissioning, and handover

Estimation and Cost Analysis• Develop accurate cost estimates for electrical systems and M&E projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.• Perform quantity take-offs based on project drawings and technical specifications.• Analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure competitiveness and reliability.• Conduct feasibility and cost-risk analyses for new tenders.Tendering and Proposal Preparation• Prepare and submit quotations, tender documents, and technical proposals.• Attend tender briefings, perform site surveys, and gather site-specific data.• Coordinate and contribute to technical clarifications and presentations for clients.Technical Support and Documentation• Provide technical input and clarification throughout the tendering and execution stages.• Assist in preparing procurement strategies and tender documentation.• Maintain accurate records of cost estimates, tender submissions, and pricing data.Project Coordination and Collaboration• Work closely with project managers and operations teams to ensure alignment with cost and scope.• Participate in internal coordination meetings to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.• Monitor and support cost control during project execution.Vendor and Subcontractor Management• Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.• Ensure that selected partners meet quality, cost, and delivery expectations.Customer and Internal Stakeholder Engagement• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and support business development efforts, especially within non-Japanese sectors.• Verify sales contents, quotations, and PO values to ensure alignment with estimates and client expectations.• Support in CIDB reporting and other compliance-related documentation.

- Salary: RM4,000 - 6,000 (Depending on experience)
- Standard statutory contribution ( KWSP, SOCSO, EIS & HRDF)
- AL - Starting (1st 2 years) - 8 days (Flexible) + 4 days (Fixed-CNY-2 Days Extra; Hari Raya-1 Day Extra & Deepavali-1 Day Extra), progressively increased over the years with Maximum of 20 days (Flexible) (from 8, 12, 16 till max 20) + 4 days (Fixed).
- MC - 14 days (<2 Years), 18 days (>2 Years & <5 Years) and 22 days (>5 Years) as per Statutory Government Requirements.
