• Take in charge all the material purchasing which are produced in oversea factory.• Improve oversea purchasing standard process.• Deal with excess or slow-moving PO in supplier side including coordination on rescheduling, cancellation or return where applicable.• Develop oversea purchasing team: include hiring team member, setting KPI target and training the related purchasing skill. • Work closely with stakeholder to support production requirements and business needs.• Manage and monitor supplier performance and relationship in terms of delivery, cost and quality.• Lead price negotiation and cost reduction initiatives.• Any ad-hoc tasks as per assigned by hiring manager.
