【Job Responsibilities】• Responsible for planning and performing preventive and predictive maintenance.• To ensure facility equipment (air conditioning, air compressor, electric hoist, fire fighting system and etc) are properly maintained.• Meet service quality and effectiveness.• Conduct root cause analysis on electrical breakdown and implementation of corrective and preventive action.• Manage schedule waste for electrical section.• Manage contractor for electrical section.
