This is a Consultation Service Center that provides Japanese style of medical services and hospitality.- Perform as a clinic receptionist, liaise with walk-in & call-in customers (Outlook Email)- Make a booking for call-in customers- Administration job dealing with Japanese/local insurance(Company will provide Training)- Medical translation, support and guidance between doctors and patients for consultation- Miscellaneous job related to daily clinic operation- Report to Japanese MD - Others when required- Company provide 1 month Traning (Medical terminology and other medical knowledge and skills)※Even though you don't have medical knowlege or background, we are waiting for your application

-To listen, understand and translate spoken conversation or written information from Japanese to English/Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin and vise-versa.-To act as the translator/interpreter in sales, marketing and other business activities that involve usage of Japanese language.-Responsible for documentation of conversations and discussions with clients when necessary.-Assist in maintaining/building a good relationship with potential/existing clients.-To act as a general assistant to Japanese expatriates in their daily business operations/activities.-To assist in preparing & translating reports, memos & letters as required.-To performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
