工作内容
a) Assist the Director in the overall operations of the company and mobilize resources to ensure delivery of customer satisfaction, complaint handling and risk management and other functions which may be required.b) Appointed as Internal Auditor to carry out the internal audit at least once a year. (FSSC & GDPMD)c) Responsible to coordinate with all departments to ensure operating practices, procedures and processes required will fully implemented.d) Responsible to coordinate with customer to maintain the strong relationship and customer’s needs.e) Support the sales & marketing team by providing of product information/document.f) Responsible for new product souring either from local or oversea when is required.g) Responsible for issuing of oversea PO and import shipment follow up with forwarder.h) Responsible for SST exemption application, import permit, new/renew business license applicationi) Liaise with the insurance agent for the insurance claim.j) Overall responsible for the employee recruitment, employee introduction/orientation, training needs and opportunities, job descriptions and performance reviews.k) Other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
