■ POSITION SUMMARYThe Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for leading the strategic, commercial, and operational management of high-value Data Center and Oil & Gas clients. This role acts as the primary customer interface, driving long-term partnership growth, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and aligning internal teams to meet complex technical, contractual, and operational requirements. The BDM develops and executes multi-year account strategies, oversees commercial negotiations, manages escalations, and identifies opportunities to expand services and solutions, safeguarding both customer satisfaction and business profitability.■ PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES1. Strategic Account Ownership (40%)・Manage multi-year account strategies aligned with client roadmaps and industry trends・Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach with track record in account growth, revenue expansion, and customer success delivery.・Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.・Lead annual/quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders.2.
