This role ensures processes are robust, efficient, and compliant with quality requirements by working closely with cross-functional teams from product design to production ramp-up.Key Responsibilities:1. Feasibility & manufacturability support- Lead DFM (Design for Manufacturing) activities.- Participate in drawing and design reviews to provide feedback on manufacturability.- Evaluate and confirm inspection feasibility; define required measurement tools and methods.2. Process planning & definition- Define and document end-to-end process flows for new products.- Identify and specify necessary equipment, tooling, jigs, and fixtures.- Set and validate process cycle time requirements to meet capacity targets.3. Process documentation & systems- Create Process Flow, Control Plan, FMEA and Work Instructions.- Ensure process documentation is approved and ready before pilot builds.- Revise/update process documentation after pilot build with lesson learnt.- Create and maintain process routings and BOM data in ERP systems (e.g., AX).4.
