New Process Development- Develop and validate new manufacturing processes or upgrades.- Support new product introduction (NPI) by designing scalable and efficient production methods.3. Tooling and Equipment Management- Specify, evaluate, and commission jigs, fixtures, dies, and automated equipment.- Troubleshoot machinery/process issues and work with maintenance to ensure uptime.4. Quality and Compliance- Work closely with QA/QC to ensure processes meet ISO/IATF 16949, and customer-specific standards.- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related issues.5. Documentation and Standardization- Prepare and update work instructions, SOPs, PFMEA, process flow charts, and control plans.- Maintain accurate documentation for audits and production traceability.6.
