Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO, and customer-specific requirements.2. Drive defect reduction and customer complaint prevention through structured problem solving.3. Promote strong safety culture and zero accident mindset on shopfloor.Cost & Performance Management1. Own manufacturing cost (direct labor, overtime, scrap, consumables).2. Lead cost-down initiatives and continuous improvement projects.3. Monitor and review KPIs daily using tiered meeting structure.People Development1. Lead and develop Supervisors, and Line Leaders to manage large operator groups effectively.2. Establish strong discipline, standard work and accountability on shopfloor.3. Manage industrial relations challenges in a labor-intensive environment.Continuous Improvement & Collaboration1. Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives: Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, and Poka-Yoke.2.
