• 工作内容

  - Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily Bonded warehouse operations.
  - Supervise receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
  - Ensure compliance with Customs procedures, bonded warehouse regulations, Company & Warehouse SOP.
  - Coordinate with Customs officers, forwarding agents, transporters, and customers.
  - Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation.
  - Monitor & set warehouse KPI, operational performance, and productivity.
  - Supervise warehouse staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
  - Implement warehouse safety practices, 5S, and housekeeping standards.
  - Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies and issues.
  - Experience in preparing warehouse costing, storage charges, handling charges, and operational quotations for customers.
  - Knowledge in logistics costing, manpower costing, transportation charges, and warehouse service billing is an added advantage.
