工作内容
- Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain company equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at customer sites.
- Provide technical support and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare service reports after each site visit.
- Conduct equipment testing and calibration where required.
- Liaise with customers regarding service schedules and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with the technical teams on customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Maintain service tools, spare parts, and documentation.
- Perform any other duties assignment by management.
资格
任职资格
Education
- Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant service or maintenance experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with industrial machinery/equipment is an advantage.
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Responsible, independent and willing to learn.
- Team player with good organizational skills.
Other Requirements
- Posses a valid driving license.
- Willing to travel oversea.
