  <Requirements>
  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, inventory management, or import/export operations in pharmaceutical/medical industry
  • Experience in managing end-to-end supply chain operations, including importation, customs clearance, warehousing, inventory control and distribution.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating with distributors, freight forwarders, manufacturers, exporters and other external logistics partners.
  • Familiarity with import/export documentation, shipping procedures and customs clearance requirements in Malaysia.
  • Experience in inventory planning and stock management, including monitoring stock levels and determining appropriate inventory allocation across warehouses.
  • Experience in purchase order preparation, supplier coordination and negotiation related to manufacturing and/or packaging.
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical devices or other regulated industries is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable handling monthly inventory reconciliation and supporting COGS-related calculations.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and follow through on supply chain matters from planning to execution.
  
  <Skills>
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to liaise with both internal stakeholders and external parties.
  • Experience dealing directly with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies or other healthcare customers would be an advantage.
  • Strong administrative and documentation skills with good attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good understanding of GDP (Good Distribution Practice) or other relevant pharmaceutical/healthcare distribution regulations would be an advantage.
