  ＜Summary＞
  Strong B2B sales and business development experience, with proven expertise in new customer acquisition, market development, consultative selling, negotiation, and account management across multiple industries including manufacturing and automotive.
  
  ＜Key Responsibilities＞
  * Develop new business opportunities and identify potential customers in the automotive, air-conditioning, refrigeration and related industries.
  * Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to expand business opportunities.
  * Conduct market research to identify new markets, customer needs, industry trends and potential applications for the company's products.
  * Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements, specifications and business needs.
  * Prepare quotations, sales proposals and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules and other commercial terms.
  * Coordinate with Engineering, Production and Quality teams to support customer requirements and new product development projects.
  * Monitor market and competitor activities and develop sales strategies to achieve business growth.
  * Prepare sales forecasts, reports and business development plans, and coordinate with Japan HQ and overseas group companies when required.
