• 工作内容

  • Serve as primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholder to ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with functional managers and cross functional teams to develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including task assignments, timelines, and resources allocation.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports and action items, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of developments.
  • Identify potential project risks and proactively coordinate with teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Support resource coordination by effectively allocating and managing resources to meet project goals and deadlines.
  • Oversee delivery planning and ensure delivery to OTD commitment within cost parameters.
  • Provide quality assurance support to ensure that project deliverables align with company standards and client expectations.
  • Calculate and manage product costs by allocating direct materials, labor, and manufacturing overhead expenses based on volume, UPH and rate.
  • Analyse cost variances between standard and actual costs to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare cost reports and presentations, and conduct gap analysis for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within cross functional teams.
  • Embrace a continuous improvement mindset and proactively adopt best practices for process optimization.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and training initiatives.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as per assigned by the manager.
