  【Summary】
  Drive B2B sales of AI and digital solutions by managing the full sales cycle from new business development and solution proposals to closing and account expansion in the Malaysian market.
  
  【Key Responsibilities】
  - Identify and develop new business opportunities for SoftBank’s AI and digital solutions, multi-LLM platform, SaaS solutions, etc.
  - Acquire new customers and expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  - Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, meetings, needs assessment, and solution proposals to commercial negotiation, closing, and handover.
  - Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders ranging from working-level contacts to C-level executives at enterprise customers.
  - Work closely with the Japan HQ and ASEAN regional teams to localize Japan-developed solutions for the Malaysian market.
  - Advise customers on the safe and appropriate adoption of AI and LLM solutions.
  - Support AI implementation by addressing data residency, data governance, and related requirements.
  - Develop account plans, including revenue targets, opportunity plans, and customer engagement strategies.
  - Collaborate with internal teams such as Presales, Technical, Delivery, Legal, and Finance to drive successful deals.
  - Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs in the AI and digital solutions space.
  - Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and sales reports.
