  ＜Summary＞
  Lead and improve the company's transportation operations by optimizing delivery efficiency, introducing a transport management system, and coordinating with the Japan headquarters. Support the Branch Manager while driving operational improvements across multiple branches.
  
  ＜Responsibilities＞
  ・Manage daily transportation and delivery operations to ensure smooth and efficient distribution.
  ・Analyze transportation costs, fuel consumption, vehicle utilization, and route profitability to improve operational efficiency.
  ・Lead the implementation of a new transportation/dispatch management system and ensure successful adoption by the operations team.
  ・Monitor transportation KPIs and continuously identify process improvement opportunities.
  ・Coordinate transportation-related communication with the Japan headquarters.
  ・Support the Branch Manager in managing transportation operations across multiple branches.
  ・Conduct regular transportation meetings and follow up on operational issues.
  ・Visit branches and affiliated companies to monitor operations and provide guidance when necessary.
  ・Lead and coach the transportation team, ensuring new processes and systems are well understood and implemented.
  ・Collaborate with internal departments to improve overall logistics performance.
