  As a Quality Engineer, you will oversee and implement quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and provide technical expertise to improve product quality. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality
  requirements are met throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  
  This role requires strong technical, analytical, and communication skills, as well as a thorough knowledge of quality standards and best practices.
  
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and tests on raw materials, semi finished, and final products to identify any defects or deviations from specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead root cause analysis investigations for quality issues and implement preventive measures to minimize risks of recurrence.
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare reports and present findings to management.
  • Design and maintain quality documentation, including inspection procedures, work instructions, and quality control plans.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to production teams to ensure adherence to quality control standards and processes.
  • Train and mentor junior quality engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory requirements related to quality control to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure quality requirements are met for outsourced products and services.
