【仕事内容】
・プロジェクト計画とスケジュール管理:クライアントや設計チームと協力し、プロジェクトの詳細な計画を策定。予算やスケジュールを守りながら計画通りに進行
・資源管理:必要な人材、設備、資材を適切に手配し、プロジェクトの効率的な運営の実現
・現場監督: 建設現場での作業進捗を確認し、安全管理を徹底。品質管理の基準を守りながら作業の進捗を確認し、適切な指導を行う
・クライアントとの調整: クライアントとの打ち合わせや進捗報告を行い、要望や問題に対する迅速な対応を行う
・リスク管理:工事中に発生する可能性のある問題やリスクを予測し、適切な対策を講じる
・関係者との調整::設計者、施工業者、サプライヤーなど、プロジェクトに関わる全ての関係者との調整業務を行い、円滑なコミュニケーションを確保する

任职资格
<必須要件>
・四年制大学卒かつ社会人経験3年以上の方
(短大卒・専門卒の方は社会人経験5~7年以上の方、高卒の方は社会人経験7~10年以上の方)
・HVAC(空調設備)領域におけるエンジニア及びプロジェクトマネジメント経験
・準ビジネスの英語力
~社内のローカルスタッフとのコミュニケーションに必要
<尚可要件>
・建築関連の資格(例: 一級建築士、施工管理技士など)があれば尚英文

■ ROLE MISSIONWe are looking for a Head of Sales who is ready to build the revenue function of a purpose-driven education company from the ground up.We will be transparent: you are not walking into a large, established sales team.Today, we have a small team of 2 sales staff focused on our flagship foundation program.Your mandate is to assess what we have, develop the team based on performance, and build the sales capability that matches our ambition across all programs.This is a builder’s role.
