  [Summary]
  Support purchasing and inventory management operations by handling procurement administration, supplier coordination, and ERP data management. Provide Japanese–English interpretation/translation support and assist with supplier communication to ensure smooth daily operations.
  
  [Key Responsibilities]
  - Job Responsibilities
  - Manage inventory and stock levels, including purchase ordering and replenishment.
  - Prepare, issue, and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and on time.
  - Monitor purchase orders, follow up with suppliers, and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
  - Perform three-way matching by verifying supplier invoices against Purchase Orders (POs) and Delivery Orders (DOs) before payment.
  - Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse personnel, and the Finance team to resolve discrepancies related to deliveries, invoices, pricing, and quantities.
  - Maintain accurate purchasing records and update procurement data in the ERP system or purchasing database.
  - Assist with month-end closing by ensuring all purchasing and invoice-related documents are complete and up to date.
  - Provide Japanese–English interpretation and translation support for internal communication and business operations.
  - Communicate and negotiate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and procurement-related matters.
  - Provide general administrative support to the Purchasing Department, including report preparation, documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
