• 工作内容

  Pre- Contract:
  - Prepare prequalification documents /quotation/ tenders' submission, prepare cost estimation, measurement and bill of quantities for construction projects based on the tender documents, drawing and specification.
  
  Cost Estimation:
  - Develop accurate cost estimates for construction projects, considering materials, labor and overheads.
  
  Contractual Negotiations:
  - Negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors, and issue Purchase Order for confirmation.
  
  Quantity Takeoff:
  - Perform detailed quality takeoffs and assist in the preparation of bills and quantities.
  
  Management Application:
  - Assist in project scope, ensuring proper documentation and administrative /paperwork and approval
  
  Quality Assurance:
  - Collaborate with project teams to ensure that quality standards are maintained while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  
  Collaborate and Communicate:
  - Work closely with project, ID, sub-con and supplier to achieve project goals and resolve any cost-related issues.
