We are a Malaysian precision cutting tool manufacturer serving customers across international markets. We are looking for an experienced international sales professional to manage and grow selected overseas markets from our Malaysia headquarters.The role will cover assigned markets across Southeast Asia, Middle East, Oceania and other developing export markets. Overseas travel is expected where required for customer visits, distributor development, trade shows and business reviews.The customer mix may include distributors, dealers, OEM customers and selected industrial end users.Key Responsibilities• Manage assigned overseas customers, distributors, dealers and selected OEM accounts.• Develop new customer, distributor and channel opportunities in assigned markets.• Follow up enquiries, RFQs, quotations, samples, tool tests, orders and repeat business.• Coordinate with internal teams on technical clarification, costing, pricing, delivery and customer issues.• Track open quotations, conversion status, lost reasons and next actions.• Support distributor onboarding and development.• Maintain accurate CRM/ERP records and sales pipeline updates.• Provide regular updates on customer opportunities, distributor progress, market feedback and risks.• Support sales and gross margin growth from assigned international markets.
