Main Tasks / Responsibilities- Conduct regular workplace inspection on environmental, health and safety of workplace to detect non-conformance of safety regulations, unsafe act of workers, unsafe condition in the workplace, and to take immediate corrective action to rectify all non-compliances to reduce the incident rate.- To be innovated and provide solution on the improvement on EHS related matter.- Conduct accident, incident and near miss investigation and report to corporate and DOSH on timely manner.- Ensure all the hygiene monitoring such as LEV, Noise, CHRA and Chemical monitoring are done and completed on timely basis.- To interact with various authorities such as DOSH, DOE, BOMBA and other local or government authorities related to EHS.- To ensures that hazardous waste are collected, stored, labeled and disposed of according to Schedule Waste Regulation 2005.- To lead the team and ensure the waste management system are in compliance with DOE requirements.- To Prepare legal register.- To Maintain stock of First Aid Kits.- Maintain updated SDS.- PPE issue and recording and inspection.- Coordinate fire drill and ERT.- Carry out compliance obligation check.- To conduct site inspection for non-compliance of safety regulations, unsafe act of workers, unsafe condition in the workplace, and to take immediate corrective action to rectify all non-compliances.- To lead and manage the customers audit related to EHS requirements.- To conduct training and share knowledge to the organization to on EHS related matter.- Ensure all the regulated training such as noise, forklift, chemical and scheduled waste are conducted on timely manner.- Contribute to continuous improvement activities.To perform special task and project assigned by Superior from time to time.- Other duties assigned by supervisors or management from time to time.HR GA Responsibilities1) Office & Facility ManagementCoordinate and monitoring cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of the Hostel/office/factory/ for repairs, supplies, and servicesArrangement and check on hostel capacity and employee disciplineMonitoring company transport Bus performanceArrangement and monitoring security work performance and enhance on security rules and procedure2) Compliance & Legal SupportSupport in license renewals, permits, and auditsAssist in documentation for government reporting3) Organize and support any company event activities4) Accept the new job assignment by superior from time to time.

■ Production Planning & Progress Management:・Formulating mid-to-long-term and daily production plans (Master Production Schedule) based on demand forecasts and firm orders.・Monitoring the operational status of multiple lines with a workforce of approximately 400 dynamic staff, resolving bottlenecks, and responding swiftly to sudden plan changes.■ Supply Chain & Material Management (Procurement & Inventory Optimization):・Calculating material requirements (MRP operation) for electronic components and raw materials, and coordinating delivery schedules with the procurement department and suppliers.・Managing appropriate levels of work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods inventory, with a strong focus on reducing excess inventory to improve cash flow.■ Shipping & Logistics Management:・Controlling shipments to ensure on-time delivery (including JIT delivery) to both domestic and international customers.・Coordinating with logistics providers, handling trade affairs, and driving cost reduction initiatives.■ Management & Organizational Development:・Managing, evaluating, and supporting the skill development of the production control department (planners, progress controllers, warehouse staff, etc.).・Fostering smooth communication and building strong relationships of trust with local staff.■ Data Analysis & Process Improvement:・Managing KPIs such as production performance, On-Time Delivery (OTD) rates, and inventory turnover, and reporting results to the board of directors and the Japan headquarters.・Leading operational improvements for production control systems (ERP/MRP) and driving workflow efficiencies (such as DX initiatives).
