  • 工作内容

    • Develop and implement sales strategies for every products, including construction, plantation, industrial, and agricultural equipment.
    • Lead, manage, and motivate product & sales managers, dealer networks, and sales teams
    • Set sales targets, pricing strategies, and performance KPIs aligned with company objectives
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and dealers
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand
    • Coordinate with after-sales, service, parts, and branches teams to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline reporting
    • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings
    • Maintain good rapport and handle all dealings with principal suppliers

资格

  • 任职资格

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    - At least 2 years of working experience in Engineering fields
    - Must possess own vehicle, valid driving license and able to travel outstation

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    - Sales experience with clients in Construction or Plantation field
    - Possess client resources and ready to bring in sales
    - Technical knowledge related to Construction Heavy Machinery
    - Education Background: Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Engineering / Mechanical / Business Marketing

    ■ OTHERS
    - Highly motivated, sales oriented with proven track record and able to work independently
    - Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

    ・Total Salary = RM 3,000 ~ 4,000
    ** This amount is inclusive with allowances but not inclusive with commission
    ・FTA (Fixed Transport Allowance) = RM 700
    ・Commission = 1~2%
    ** Product value average RM 300,000
    ** Monthly commission depends on monthly sales and rental amount
    ** Current sales person earn max commission over RM 10,000 monthly
    ・AL: <2Y 14D, 2~5Y 18D, >5Y 21D
    ・MC: <2Y 14D, 2~5Y 18D, >5Y 22D
    ・Medical Claim = RM 1,500 / year
    ** Registered medical practitioner
    ・Insurance Coverage
    - Hospitalization (Covered all dependents)

    - Term Life (cover up to 24 months)
    ・Dental Claim = RM 500 / year
    ・Optometry Allowance = RM 300 / year
    ・Annual Increment 5~10%
