  Summary
  This role involves close collaboration with customers, sales teams, and product development teams to deliver innovative and reliable solutions.
  
  Job Responsibilities
  - Responsible as the technical expert for during the pre-sales process.
  - Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  - Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to customers.
  - Provide technical support and guidance to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues during the pre-sales phase.
  - Collaborate with the product development, engineering teams and suppliers/ principals on designs and calculations to ensure solutions align with customer needs and industry standards.
  - Conduct site surveys and assessments to evaluate power requirements and propose optimal solutions.
  - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge.
  - Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and manuals.
