    Role Summary:
    Take ownership of our .NET API platform to refactor, optimize, and build scalable backend systems.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Backend Development & Refactoring: Develop maintainable, testable code using C# and ASP.NET Core, while actively refactoring and restructuring existing legacy APIs.
    • API Architecture & System Design: Design and implement robust RESTful APIs with clear contracts, proper validation, error handling, and maintainable service layers.
    • Database Management: Optimize database interactions, manage schema migrations, and write efficient queries using Entity Framework Core and MS SQL Server.
    • Performance & Security: Improve system reliability through asynchronous processing and enforce server-side security mechanisms, including authentication and authorization.
    • Engineering Ownership: Collaborate actively with frontend engineers and stakeholders, participate in code reviews, and drive continuous architectural improvements.

资格

  • 任职资格

    Education & Experience
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred.
    • At least 2 years of backend development experience
    • Candidates must have real experience maintaining or improving existing backend systems, not just building tutorial projects.

    Core Technical Skills
    • Technical Skills: Strong hands-on proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, modern .NET runtime, REST API implementation, and Git-based workflows.
    • Database Skills: Solid experience with Entity Framework Core, Microsoft SQL Server (or other relational databases), and resolving query performance issues (e.g., N+1 queries).
    • Preferred Skills: Familiarity with containerization (Docker), cloud platforms (Azure), background job queues, Swagger/OpenAPI, and logging/monitoring practices.
