We are seeking a dedicated and linguistically skilled Translator to provide high-level Japanese language support to a Japanese superior. This role requires not only fluency in Japanese language, but also a deep understanding of Japanese business etiquette, communication styles, and cultural nuances. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the superior and local teams, ensuring smooth and respectful communication across all levels.• Translate spoken and written communication between Japanese, English & Mandarin, including meetings, emails, reports, and presentations.• Provide real-time interpretation during internal and external meetings, site visits, and business negotiations.• Travelling with Japanese superior on domestic business trips to various regions to support market research, customer engagement, and sales activities.• Ensure culturally appropriate and accurate translations that reflect tone, intent, and context.• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and coordination as needed.• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.

・Check if the bookkeeping and ledgers are accurate・Check daily transaction, pretty cash timely.・Collaborate with an accounting firm for financial statement preparation・Prepare financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for presentation to management and shareholders.・Prepare and submit tax returns, calculate taxes accurately・Support to create financial plans for the future by forecasting income and expenses.・Audit internal financial processes and transactions to prevent fraud.・Coordinate with external auditing firms to report accounting.・Reporting to Director

As our first senior sales hire in Malaysia, you’ll be the face of the company to hospitals, clinics, and pharma, shaping how we grow in one of our most important markets. You’ll play a central role in building our presence in this market: listening closely to healthcare leaders, shaping how our solutions meet local needs, and ensuring every deal contributes to better outcomes for doctors and patients.• Act as the first senior sales lead in Malaysia, leveraging your existing healthcare network to open doors with hospitals, clinics, and pharma.• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, owning the full cycle from prospecting and pitching through contracting, negotiations, and closing against ambitious targets.• Actively hunt for new opportunities through outbound hustle while also qualifying and converting inbound leads.• Serve as a thought partner to healthcare leaders, helping them reimagine workflows and transform patient care through AI and automation.• Design creative go-to-market plays tailored to Malaysian healthcare, combining relationship-building with data-driven prospecting.• Partner with product and delivery teams to share market insights and refine product–market fit, ensuring smooth handovers post-contract.• Represent the company at industry events and forums, building visibility and positioning us as a trusted voice in digital health.• Travel across Malaysia (~20%) to meet clients and grow our footprint in key regions like Penang and Johor.
