In this role, you will leverage your background in Business Administration, Accounts or Finance to not only drive global revenue but also structure highly profitable, financially sound commercial agreements.With a strong focus on expanding our market share in the broader Asian manufacturing sector, you will be critical in building long-term partnerships with rubber thread buyers.Key Responsibilities1. B2B Export Sales & Business Development- Assist the area manager to identify, prospect, and secure new B2B accounts (manufacturers, distributors, and traders) across targeted international markets, particularly within Chinese-speaking regions.- Help manage the end-to-end export sales cycle for rubber thread products, from initial lead generation and product sampling to contract closing and post-sales support.- Help to initiate and develop and execute strategic export sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.2. Account Management & Market Intelligence- Act as a commercial liaison for key overseas clients, conducting high-level negotiations and technical product discussions in both fluent Mandarin and English.- Travel internationally to attend trade shows, conduct site visits, and audit distributor performance.- Monitor global raw material trends (e.g., natural latex prices), competitor movements, and regional economic shifts to pivot sales strategies proactively.3.
