    ■ POSITION SUMMARY
    The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for leading the strategic, commercial, and operational management of high-value Data Center and Oil & Gas clients. This role acts as the primary customer interface, driving long-term partnership growth, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and aligning internal teams to meet complex technical, contractual, and operational requirements. The BDM develops and executes multi-year account strategies, oversees commercial negotiations, manages escalations, and identifies opportunities to expand services and solutions, safeguarding both customer satisfaction and business profitability.

    ■ PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. Strategic Account Ownership (40%)
    ・Manage multi-year account strategies aligned with client roadmaps and industry trends
    ・Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach with track record in account growth, revenue expansion, and customer success delivery.
    ・Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
    ・Lead annual/quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders.

    2. Commercial & Contract Management (20%)
    ・Lead commercial negotiations, renewals, expansions, and pricing discussions.
    ・Manage Master Service Agreements, SLAs, billing cycles, and change orders.
    ・Ensure contractual obligations are met, direct or through local dealers, including capacity reservations, service KPIs, and compliance requirements.
    ・Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including legal, operations, engineering, and senior leadership to support on closing and negotiation.

    3. Business Planning, Forecasting & Reporting (20%)
    ・Lead opportunities for expansions, upgrades, and new offers to the clients.
    ・Conduct market and competitor analysis to support informed decision-making.
    ・Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports on sales, business performance, and forecasts.
    ・Provide management with insights and recommendations for business improvement.
    ・Collaborate with product teams to tailor offerings for hyperscale, colocation, or O&G-specific needs.

    4. Solution Development & Technical Coordination (20%)
    ・Capture client technical requirements (capacity, power, cooling, deployment timelines, engineering specs).
    ・Work closely with engineering, production, QA etc. to develop proposals, scopes of work, and implementation plans.

  • 任职资格

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering, Business, Marketing or equivalent
    ・Minimum 5-7 years of experience in B2B technical sales, key account management, or business development

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・Preferably candidate with experience in data center / energy / industrial solutions
    ・Prior experience in managing large Key Account is an advantage

    ■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
    ・Proven ability to build and maintain high-value customer relationships
    ・Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
    ・Skilled in contract negotiation, proposal development, and opportunity assessment
    ・Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools, and data-driven reporting
    ・Willingness to travel regionally and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
    ・Ability to lead meetings, presentations, and cross-departmental coordination.
    ・Strong MEP (Mechanical, Electrical) domain knowledge to support technical solutions, client engagement, and project execution.
