  Required skills
  - At least 5 years of experience in developing complex high-performance application.
  - Strong development skills using Java and Spring Framework.
  - Strong Web development skills using HTML5, CSS3, Angular Framework.
  - Strong RDBMS skills using PostgreSQL.
  - Knowledge in core design patterns and best practices.
  - Knowledge in version control and build tools such as Maven, Mercurial, Git.
  - Knowledge in Tomcat or JBoss/WildFly Application Server.
  - Ability to work on both Linux and Windows platform.
  - Understanding of AI/ML model fundamentals in prompt engineering and model finetuning.
  
  Desired skills
  - Working experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  - Working experience in developing highly scalable multi-threaded application.
  - Knowledge in Complex Event Processing technologies such as Apache Storm/Spark, Flume, Kafka etc.
  - Knowledge in ElasticSearch & MongoDB.
  - Knowledge in Python/Bash scripting.
  - Knowledge in network or system management tools, network and security devices and protocol such as Syslog, SNMP, TCP/IP, UDP, NTP.
  - Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and optimization for various AI models and use cases.
  - Practical knowledge of fine-tuning techniques for large language models and domainspecific applications.
  - Familiarity with AI model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance in production environments.
  - Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and vector databases for AI applications.
